Why Cleanse?

During

During the cleanse we suggest you stick to the juices, but if you cannot resist temptation, we suggest you snack on these foods:

  • a few celery stalks
  • a few slices of carrot
  • a couple slices of cucumber
  • a couple of dates
  • raw almonds, cashews and/or pecans
  • hot/cold herbal and/or green tea
  • warm vegetable broth (low sodium)
  • drink half of the cardamom milk in the morning
